I was in a support car for some people walking over the south downs some time ago & as such I had some tasks to do. One was to find an oak leaf. There aren't very many oak trees down in Lewes. I did get lost, briefly, in the one way system, though & have hated it ever since.
The station looks, in part, like Winchester station a little bit.

There are many oak trees within walking distance, many ancient, plenty new. Get in touch I'll sell you Lewes having lived all over the UK and France.
