8.30am Doctor, My colestrol is too high. I have to take simvastatin and chane my diet.
9.00am Opticians
9.15am Barber
9.48 am Train to London
11.30am Picasso Exhibtion, Tate
1.00pm School of Communication Arts
5.20pm Leave having spent between 30-50 minutes with each six creative teams (art director and copywriter).
7.17pm Train Home.
10.00pm writing it up.
