Ticking off the countries as anyone can gather in a global 'audience'

Visible to anyone in the world

As I boy I had a Phillips Atlas. I shaded in all the counties if the UK as in my peripatetic way I stayed with friends, divorced parents and went on holiday. (I still have it stored in a Really Useful box in a garage).

Decades later I know the few counties that I haven't ticked off. I am not widely travelled: France regularly, otherwise the odd trip to Hong Kong, US, Spain, Sweden, Cyprus ... However, it would appear that my blog is picked up all over the planet. My task then is to have views from those countries not yet picked out in the terrific metrics that are provided by Wordpress.

Why not China? Is Wordpress blocked. How about Finland? I don't think Greenland is feasible.

I am in love with my flag counter on wordpress!

It wouldn't surprise me if wordpress was blocked in China.  I have a friend living in Shanghai who doesn't seem able to access very much at all.

If this was a game of Risk I'd want Greenland. There must be others i can pick off. Actually, Hong Kong is China so surely I can cover that one?

Where's Antarctica? There are a few hundred in a research station aren't there or do they log in as nationals from around the planet? And what about the International space station.

The challenge is to have a reader from every country in the world in a week. Perhaps we should start with a month? As my 13 year old son pointed out if I need a 'read' from Argentina then I Googgle Argentina Blog ... even Argentina, elearning, perhaps even Argentina, Open University, Blog and make some sensible comments in their blog. AND telling them what I am doing, all in a desire to profress international collaboration etc: etc:
