Nutrition Coach

Visible to anyone in the world
Edited by Luke Kirk, Friday, 26 Feb 2016, 17:07
I've been teaching Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) since 2009 - 7 years at the time of writing. As of recently I've had a lot more demand for my coaching and have taken on several regular personal training clients, which has proven to be a great and enjoyable little cash-earner for me.

Last year I took an Insanity Instructor course in London so am now certified to teach Insanity classes. So in 2016 I'll be looking at combining my knowledge of diets and nutrition, with my experience of personal training and Thai Boxing to provide a comprehensive health and fitness service as The Nutrition Coach.

On the Nutrition Coach website I'll be posting diets, protein smoothie recipes, supplement reviews and voucher codes for retailers such as Myprotein, Bodybuilding Warehouse and Musclefood.

In the future I'm planning on taking Nutrition Coach to social media and hopefully establishing a following on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest.

My Open University Blog

Visible to anyone in the world
Edited by Luke Kirk, Tuesday, 23 Feb 2016, 12:40

I started studying with the Open University in 2010.

Although I had hoped that I would have graduated with a BSc in Physical Science by now, things change. Ambitions change.

I'll be using this blog to share my thoughts and feelings, as well as reviews of websites, services or other things I feel relevant.

A couple of years ago now I launched my first company, Titan Web Solutions. I now spend more time running Titan, and less time studying. I hope that one day the company can run itself and I can go back to studying and finishing my degree. My interest for quantum mechanics and theoretical physics has not changed.

Since starting Titan I have helped many small businesses achieve a significant online presence which has allowed them to succeed.
