Alternative instruction on Corona era exercise.

If you have a medical reason for needing to exercise, that can be backed up by your doctor- in my case a referral to the local health trust's Active Living Team for weight loss- then you are allowed to exercise for longer, and you can drive a few minutes to a place you can walk, or ride your bike. This is on the You.Gov website.

This has come as something as a relief; I don't 'do' indoors very well! Neither does the dog; whether it's eighteen feet of snow, a monsoon, or 100mph wind, she's up for a lark. So is her owner for that matter.

One of my bikes has recently been serviced by the amiable chap at the bike shop, I'm doing "Big Bike" myself. New tyres, and the brakes rejigging.
