Tiring day

Visible to anyone in the world

Notice how people always phone at the most inconvenient of moments? Been out today on my bike. Took our Kid to school, then went to ASDA. It's about 5 miles away past the airport and on into Blackpool. I had my packpack on so I could carry my stuff with me and carry food back from the shop. My mobile was in my backpack.

On the way, I recieved not 1, not 2, not 3, but 5 phone calls and 3 text messages. The trip is 90% busy main roads and twice I was wedged between a parked car and a container lorry, so yeah, I was clearly going to stop and answer as you do!

The interesting thing is peoples responses when you eventually call them back. They get really stroppy about it and when you explain the situation the most common respone is "Oh, well I didin't Know." People do this when I'm at work aswell. They know I'm there and they also know that phones are not allowed on the shop floor but still they do this and I still get the same response.

I genuinely believe that it is human instinct for individuals to believe that they are the centre of the universe, even when they are involved in socially acceptable acitivities like empathy. It's all about the individuals needs and desires, experiences. However, this can sometimes get out of hand when people don't realise that others are indiviuals to and start to believe that others are just waiting around for them and don't have needs, desires and a life of their own.

To sum it up in a sentence: "Everybody wants something and your the bad guy if they don't get it."

Have a good evening all, see you soon. :P
