Swans
On a bright morning, I find such satisfaction in visiting the swans and watching them glide gracefully across the water. I take care to feed them well—never bread or processed food, but fresh green peas, kale, lettuce leaves, or specially prepared swan food from the pet shop. It is a simple act of kindness, yet it brings peace to the heart and reminds me that every living creature is precious in God’s sight. “The righteous care for the needs of their animals.” — Proverbs 12:10
