A bit of silliness

Visible to anyone in the world
Edited by Peter Green, Wednesday, 31 Mar 2021, 09:09

I went for a bite to eat at a rather upmarket burger van last night. It had 4 Michelin tyres.

Planning to take a dip in the pool today? Not a good idea unless you like getting lots of chlorinated water in your hummus.

I don’t know much about Rugby Union … the Wasps? Do they have a “B” team?

Death and Dying conference

Visible to anyone in the world

We're holding a conference on responses to death and dying - it will include panels of academic papers from various disciplines, keynote addresses, and creative workshops (creative writing, arts, and drama). Registration is FREE to all students (you need an ac.uk email address).

One of the main focuses of the conference this year is: "How do we tell the children?" - how do we communicate facts about death and dying to children.

If you want to give a paper, please contact either myself (peter.green@bishopg.ac.uk) or sibylle.erle@bishopg.ac.uk before 30th November. Details of keynote speakers and how to book a place are on the following picture ...
