Visible to anyone in the world

Wishing,

longing,

craving for things to be different.

Like a downcast elephant in the corner of the room.

Won't budge

So I gave up trying,

sat with it as a friend.

'Ah! Sadness be at ease.'

And relaxing,

letting go.

It was gone

transformed

into joy.
