Visible to anyone in the world
A comment made by Dr. Timothy Taylor on the BBC's Material World (R4) of 9th Sept 2010 really astonished me and got me thinking. "We are technobiological", he said. And then he went on to explain that technology came first, and then came our human intelligence the way we know it now. He basically argued that using technology (eg, stone tools) made us progressively more intelligent, rather than being intelligent in the first place and then creating better tools.
