Visible to anyone in the world
Had a nightmare yesterday trying to convert my list of references from OU Harvard style to APA. I shouldn't have stopped adding references to Zotero months ago, as Zotero's Word plug-in would have done the job that took me hours in seconds. Lesson learnt!
