Elan

Visible to anyone in the world

OK, I've decided to use Elan (a piece of software from the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics) to prepare and later analyse my data.

This decision involves a level of risk, as learning to use the tool and actually using it will be time-consuming.

But, as far as I can see at this point, it is exactly what I need: it will allow me to have all the layers of data in one place, visually, on a timeline. This should make analysing data from my study a much more productive endeavour.

I'm just concerned this might slow me down and make me lag behind quite a lot.

Best wishes to all.

Carlos
